综合护理对社区老年痴呆患者的影响分析

Influence analysis of comprehensive nursing on senile patients with dementia in community

目的:探讨综合护理对社区老年痴呆患者的影响。方法:收治老年痴呆患者80例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理后病情恢复优于对照组,且观察组护理后生活质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理可提高社区老年痴呆患者的生活质量,促进疾病康复。

Objective:To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing on senile patients with dementia in community.Methods:80 cases of senile patients with dementia were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing,the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The condition of the observation group was better than that of the control group after nursing,and the quality of life in the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing could improve the quality of life and promote the rehabilitation of senile patients with dementia in community.
