Compliance and influencing factors of drug therapy in hypertensive patients in community

目的:探讨社区高血压患者药物治疗依从性与影响因素。方法:问卷调查202例高血压患者,了解高血压患者服用降压药物的情况,分析影响其药物治疗依从性的因素。结果:202例社区高血压患者药物治疗依从性良好73例,依从性差129例。影响患者依从性的原因有年龄、性别、服用降压药物的种类和每天服用药物的次数等。结论:目前高血压患者的药物治疗依从性较差,应加强对于社区高血压患者的健康教育,制定个性化的治疗方案,提高患者药物治疗依从性。

Objective:To explore the compliance and influencing factors of drug therapy in community hypertension patients.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 202 hypertensive patients,in order to understand the situation of taking antihypertensive drugs in patients with hypertension,and to analyze the factors affecting their compliance.Results:202 cases of community hypertension patients had good compliance with medication,and 73 cases had poor compliance.129 cases had poor compliance.The factors that affect patient compliance including age,gender,type of antihypertensive medication and frequency of daily medication.Conclusion:At present,the compliance of the patients with hypertension is poor.It is necessary to strengthen the health education for the hypertensive patients in the community,make the individualized treatment plan,and improve the compliance of the patients with drug treatment.
