摘要 本文由国华瑞丰(荣成)风力发电有限公司和中外天利(北京)风电科技有限公司共同提出风力发电机组功率提升解决方案——叶片前缘贴膜,用于国华瑞丰(荣成)风力发电(一期)项目风机叶片前缘防护,进而达到提升机组功率。
