丙烯酸锌/聚氨酯复合材料的性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI-50)、聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)和1,2-丙二醇为主要原料,制备了不同丙烯酸锌(ZDA)含量的聚氨酯(PU)复合材料。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、动态力学分析(DMA)、力学性能测试,对ZDA/PU复合材料的结构及性能进行了研究。结果表明,ZDA的加入,可提高PU的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,但用量不宜过多,当ZDA的质量分数为1%时,PU复合材料的综合力学性能最好。ZDA的加入,可降低PU的储能模量,提高PU的阻尼性能;ZDA用量较低时,PU的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)提高,但ZDA用量提高时,更有利于PU软硬段的微相分离,其T_g降低。 A series of polyurethane(PU)composites were prepared with different content of zinc diacrylate(ZDA)particle as filler,and diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI-50),polyoxypropylene glycol(PPG),1,2-propanediol as the main raw materials.The structure and properties of ZDA/PU composites were studied by means of fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)spectroscopy,dynamic mechanical analysis and mechanical property test.The results showed that,the tensile strength and elongation at break of PU increased with addition of ZDA,while ZDA should not be added too much.When the content of ZDA was 1%,the comprehensive mechanical properties of PU composite were the best.The storage modulus was reduced,the damping property of PU was improved and the glass transition temperature(T g)of PU could be improved by adding ZDA.With the content of ZDA increased,the microphase separation between hard and soft segments of PU increased and the Tg decreased.
