摘要
选用聚己内酯二醇CP10、CP20和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、1,5-萘二异氰酸酯等为原料,采用半预聚法制备微孔聚氨酯弹性体,研究了软段的平均分子量对微孔聚氨酯弹性体力学性能、动态性能的影响。结果表明,CP10用量增加,材料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、硬度增加,弹性下降,材料的玻璃化转变温度升高,损耗峰向高温方向移动,阻尼温域变窄。
Microcellular polyurethane elastomers were prepared by using the combination of polycaprolactone diol CP10/CP20 and 1,5-naphthalene diisocyanate as main raw materials by semi-prepolymerization.The effects of the molecular weight of soft segment on the mechanical properties,aging properties and dynamic properties were studied.The results showed that,with the increase of CP10,the tensile and tear strength of the material were well,the hardness increased and the elasticity decreased.The glass transition temperature of the material increased,the loss peak moved towards high temperature,the damping temperature range became narrow.
