摘要
水陆联运是中国近代交通体系的重大变革,对区域社会变迁产生重要影响。从1933年11月到1937年9月,陇海铁路局与招商局以连云港为中心的联运机制虽然受限于经济环境、管理水平以及运营条件等因素,但仍获得巨大发展,不仅为战前中国运输网的形成做出重大贡献,而且促进了中西部地区与东部沿海地区的贸易往来,进而使连云港迅速成为重要的准港口城市。陇海铁路局与招商局以连云港为中心的近四年水陆联运,也反映出非通商口岸在民国时期的经济与社会境遇,以及国民政府交通政策对航运、港口、腹地的影响。
Modern water and land transportation is a great reform in the transportation system,which has a great significance towards the vicissitude of regional society.From November 1933 to September 1937,although restricted by economic environment,management level and operating conditions,the water and land transportation greatly improved the transportation system of Lianyungang-Lanzhou Railway and China Merchants S.N.Co,which made a great contribution to the formation of pre-war transportation net.On the other hand,this transportation promoted trade between the central and western China with eastern coastal areas of China,making Lianyungang an important port city in the near future.During the four years’water and land transportation of Lianyungang-Lanzhou Railway and China Merchants S.N.Co,it also reflected the economic development situation of non-treaty ports during the republican period and influence of national government’s transportation policies on shipping,ports and hinterland.
