Doing a good job of prescription auditing and promoting rational use of drugs

目的:探讨做好处方审核工作,促进合理用药在医院管理上的实践及效果。方法:以门诊处方审核管理情况为例,对其处方审核中存在的问题及解决对策进行分析。结果:186 400份门诊处方中,审核发现不合格处方2 982份,不合格率1.6%。其中,不合理用药比率68.5%,一般项目不合格率31.5%。结论:加强处方审核,减少不合理用药,能够有效确保临床合理用药、提高用药安全性。

Objective:To explore the practice and effect of rational prescription in hospital management.Methods:We took the outpatient prescription audit management as an example,and we analyzed the problems and solutions in the prescription audit.Results:In the 186400 outpatient prescriptions,2982 were found to be unqualified,the unqualified rate of was 1.6%.Among them,the irrational drug use ratio was 68.5%,and the general project failed rate was 31.5%.Conclusion:Strengthening prescription examination and reducing irrational drug use can effectively ensure clinical rational drug use and improve medication safety.
