小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶状体植入治疗高度近视白内障疗效分析

Clinical effect analysis of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of cataract with high myopia

目的:探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶状体植入治疗高度近视白内障的疗效。方法:收治高度近视白内障患者76例(84眼),随机分为两组。对照组给予白内障超声乳化吸除人工晶状体植入治疗,试验组给予小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶状体植入治疗。比较两组视力改善情况、并发症发生情况。结果:试验组患者术后次日、术后1周以及术后1个月视力改善情况均明显优于对照组,试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高度近视白内障患者应用小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶状体植入治疗可明显改善视力。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of cataract with high myopia.Methods:76 cases of patients(84 eyes)with cataract with high myopia were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation,and the experiment group was treated with small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation,the improvement of visual acuity and the incidence of complications in the two groups were compared.Results:The improvement of visual acuity in the experiment group was significantly better than that of the control group on the following day,one week after operation and one month after operation,the incidence of complications in the experiment group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of cataract with high myopia could improve the visual acuity.
