射频透热综合治疗53例晚期恶性肿瘤的临床观察

Clinical observation on radiofrequency hyperthermia in the treatment on 53 cases of advanced malignant tumors

目的:探讨射频高热综合治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的效果。方法:收治恶性肿瘤术后复发伴腹腔广泛转移患者53例,热化疗32例,热放化疗15例,单纯热6例。结果:有效46例,无效7例。其中疼痛消失9例,减轻12例,脂肪硬节4例,皮肤小水泡2例。结论:射频高热综合治疗晚期恶性肿瘤对改善临床症状、提高患者生活质量、延长生命等有一定作用。国产SR-1000射频热疗机其不良反应少、治疗反应轻。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of radiofrequency hyperthermia in the treatment of advanced malignant tumors.Methods:53 cases of postoperative recurrence of malignant tumor with extensive abdominal metastasis were selected,including 32 cases treated by hyperthermia,15 cases were treated with thermo chemotherapy,and 6 cases were simple fever.Results:46 cases were effective and 7 cases were ineffective.Among them,pain disappeared in 9 cases,alleviated in 12 cases,hard in fat in 4 cases,and small blister in skin in 2 cases.Conclusion:Radiofrequency hyperthermia in the treatment of advanced malignant tumors has a certain effect on improving clinical symptoms,improving the quality of life and prolonging life.The domestic SR-1000 radiofrequency hyperthermia machine has few adverse reactions and mild treatment response.
