慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期应用孟鲁司特钠与多索茶碱治疗的效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of montelukast sodium and theophylline in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期使用孟鲁司特钠与多索茶碱的治疗效果。方法:收治慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者92例,分为两组。试验组给予孟鲁司特钠和多索茶碱治疗,对照组给予多索茶碱治疗,比较两组疗效、肺功能水平及不良反应情况。结果:试验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,试验组治疗后FEV1、FEV1/FV高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠和多索茶碱治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的效果较显著,可明显改善患者肺功能。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of montelukast sodium and theophylline in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:92 cases of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were divided into two groups.The experiment group was treated with montelukast sodium and theophylline,while the control group was treated with theophylline,the clinical effect,pulmonary function and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the FEV1 and FEV1/FV in the experiment group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast sodium and soxophylline were effective in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and which could improve the lung function of patients significantly.
