颅脑损伤合并腹腔脏器损伤的诊治体会

Diagnosis and treatment of craniocerebral injury combined with abdominal visceral injuries

目的:探讨颅脑损伤合并腹腔脏器损伤的治疗。方法:收治颅脑损伤合并腹腔脏器损伤患者54例,确保患者生命体征保持稳定并对其进行对症治疗。结果:死亡率12.96%,残疾发生率24.07%。结论:颅脑损伤合并腹腔脏器损伤患者临床治疗难度大,为了提升患者的存活率,必须进行早期诊断,使患者颅脑损伤以及腹腔脏器损伤得到治疗,同时确保患者呼吸道畅通,有效降低病死率和残疾率。

Objective:To explore the treatment of craniocerebral injury combined with abdominal visceral injuries.Methods:54 patients with craniocerebral injury combined with abdominal visceral injuries were treated to ensure stable vital signs and symptomatic treatment.Results:The mortality rate was 12.96%,and the incidence of disability was 24.07%.Conclusion:It is difficult to treat the patients with craniocerebral injury complicated with abdominal organ injury.In order to improve the survival rate of the patients,early diagnosis must be carried out to make the patients'craniocerebral injury and intraperitoneal organ damage be treated,at the same time,the patient's respiratory tract is smooth and the mortality and disability rate are effectively reduced.
