超声乳化手术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的多中心试验

Multicentre trial of phacoemulsification for primary angle closure glaucoma combined with cataract

目的:探讨超声乳化手术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床效果。方法:收治原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者130例,随机分为两组。试验组给予超声乳化联合人工晶体置入手术治疗,对照组给予小梁切除手术,比较两组最佳矫正视力和治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗后最佳矫正视力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后1周、治疗后3个月眼压、抗青光眼用药以及房角粘连情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声乳化手术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床效果显著,能够有效改善矫正视力效果。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification in the treatment of primary angle closure glaucoma combined with cataract.Methods:130 cases of patients with primary angle closure glaucoma combined with cataract were divided into two groups randomly.The experiment group was treated with phacoemulsification,while the control group was treated with trabeculectomy,the best corrected visual acuity and clinical effect between the two groups were compared.Results:The best corrected visual acuity after treatment in the experiment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One week after treatment and three months after treatment,the eye pressure,anti-glaucoma drugs and angle adhesion of room angle in the experiment group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of phacoemulsification in the treatment of primary angle closure glaucoma combined with cataract was significant,which could improve the corrected visual acuity effectively.
