妊娠期糖尿病规范化治疗对妊娠结局的影响作用研究

Influence of standardized treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus on pregnancy outcome

目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病规范化治疗对妊娠结局的影响。方法:收治妊娠期糖尿病患者88例,分为试验组和对照组。试验组采用规范化治疗措施,对照组采用常规治疗措施,比较两组妊娠结局。结果:试验组妊娠结局显著优于对照组,高血压发生率、感染率、产后出血率及新生儿并发症率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对妊娠糖尿病患者实施规范化治疗有非常显著的效果,可提高产妇的妊娠结局,保证新生儿的健康。

Objective:To explore the influence of standardized treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus on pregnancy outcome.Methods:88 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was treated with standardized treatment,while the control group was treated with conventional treatment,we compared the pregnancy outcomes between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the pregnancy outcome was significantly better than the control group,the incidence of hypertension,infection rate,the rate of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal complications rate were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized treatment for gestational diabetes patients had a very good effect,it can improve maternal pregnancy outcome and ensure the health of newborns.
