金属桩与预成纤维桩在口腔修复应用中的临床效果比较

Comparison on the clinical effects of metal posts and prefabricated fiber posts in prosthodontics

目的:探讨金属桩与预成纤维桩在口腔修复应用中的效果。方法:收治行口腔修复患者69例,参考组(33例)患者应用金属桩口腔修复治疗,探讨组(36例)患者接受预成纤维桩口腔修复治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:修复后探讨组患者BI、PLI、PD评分及牙松动度评分均低于参考组(P<0.05),探讨组患者修复时间少于参考组(P<0.05)。结论:在口腔修复中应用预成纤维桩的口腔修复效果明显优于金属桩的口腔修复效果。

Objective:To explore the effect of metal post and prefabricated fiber post in prosthodontics.Methods:69 cases of oral repair were selected,and the reference group(with 33 cases)was treated with metal pile oral repair.The study group(with 36 cases)were treated with prefabricated fiber post.Results:The scores of BI,PLI,PD and tooth mobility of the patients in the study group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The repair time of the patients in the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of prosthodontics in oral prosthesis is better than that of metal post.
