B超引导联合米非司酮在绝经后取环中的应用

Application of B-ultrasound guidance combined with mifepristone in the ring removal after menopause

目的:探究B超引导联合米非司酮用于女性绝经后取环的临床效果。方法:收治取出节育环的绝经期女性80例,分为两组。对照组给予传统取环术治疗,研究组给予B超引导下联合应用米非司酮治疗,比较两组手术时间、取环成功率、宫口软化扩张效果。结果:研究组宫口扩张软化总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间短于对照组,且取环成功率为97.5%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:B超引导联合米非司酮于女性绝经后取环中有显著应用效果。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of B-ultrasound guidance combined with mifepristone in the treatment of the ring removal of women after menopause.Methods:80 cases of menopausal women with intrauterine device were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with traditional ring removal,and the research group was treated with mifepristone combined with B-ultrasound guidance,the operation time,the success rate of the ring removal and the softening and dilatation of the uterine mouth were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of softening and dilatation of the uterine mouth in the research group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time of the research group was shorter than that of the control group,and the success rate of ring removal was 97.5%,which was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:B-ultrasound guidance combined with mifepristone was effective in the treatment of the ring removal of women after menopause.
