慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床治疗观察与分析

Clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床治疗方法。方法:收治慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者60例,分为常规组与试验组。试验组采用血栓通治疗,常规组采用常规方法治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:经过治疗,试验组各项血气指标的恢复情况和总有效率明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:血栓通治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者具有良好的治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected,they were divided into the routine group and the experimental group.The experimental group was treated with Xue Shuan Tong,while the conventional group was treated by routine method,we compared the therapeutic effects between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the recovery of the blood gas indexes and total effective rate in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xue Shuan Tong was effective in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
