慢性阻塞性肺病呼吸衰竭按中西医结合临床路径治疗的疗效

Clinical efficacy of clinical pathway of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure

目的:探讨按中西医结合临床路径治疗慢性阻塞性肺病呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法:收治慢性阻塞性肺病呼吸衰竭患者102例,随机分成对照组和研究组。对照组采用常规中西医结合治疗,研究组采用临床路径诊疗方式联合中西医治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,研究组Pa O_2、Sp O_2、脱机成功率、7 d生存率均明显高于对照组,Pa CO_2、治疗总费用均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合临床路径治疗慢性阻塞性肺病呼吸衰竭的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of clinical pathway of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure.Methods:102 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,the control group was treated with conventional combination of Chinese and western medicine,the study group was treated with the clinical pathway treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,we compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:After treatment,in the study group,PaO2,SpO2 and other blood gas indexes,the success rate of weaning,7 day survival rate were significantly higher than the control group,PaCO2 blood gas index value,the total cost of treatment were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of clinical pathway of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure was significant.
