醒脑静联合盐酸纳洛酮治疗脑出血伴昏迷的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of Xing Nao Jing Injection combined with naloxone hydrochloride injection in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage with coma

目的:探讨脑出血伴昏迷患者应用醒脑静注射液与盐酸纳洛酮注射液联合治疗的临床疗效。方法:收治脑出血伴昏迷患者100例,随机分为对照组和联合组。对照组采用盐酸纳洛酮注射液治疗,联合组采用醒脑静注射液联合盐酸纳洛酮注射液治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:联合组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑出血伴昏迷患者应用醒脑静注射液与盐酸纳洛酮注射液联合治疗的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Xing Nao Jing Injection combined with naloxone hydrochloride injection in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage with coma.Methods:100 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and coma were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the combined group.The control group was treated with naloxone hydrochloride injection,and the combined group was treated with Xing Nao Jing Injection combined with naloxone hydrochloride injection,we compared the effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Xing Nao Jing Injection combined with naloxone hydrochloride injection in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage with coma was significant.
