输尿管结石诊断中B超诊断的临床价值探讨

Clinical value of B-ultrasound diagnosis in the diagnosis of ureteral calculi

目的:探讨输尿管结石诊断中B超诊断的临床价值。方法:收治患者70例,均实施B超检查,与手术结果相比较,观察B超检查的准确性。结果:上段输尿管结石准确率93.48%,中段输尿管结石准确率90.00%,下段输尿管结石准确率92.86%。出现整体漏诊3例,误诊2例。结论:B超诊断输尿管结石的准确率较高,同时可以有效区分不同部位的结石,为临床治疗提供准确的数据。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of B-ultrasound diagnosis in the diagnosis of ureteral calculi.Methods:70 patients were selected,they all underwent B-ultrasound examination,and the accuracy of B-ultrasound examination was compared with the surgical results.Results:The accuracy rate of upper ureteral calculi was 93.48%,the accuracy rate of ureteral calculi in the middle section was 90%,the accuracy rate of lower ureteral calculi was 92.86%,3 cases were missed and 2 cases were misdiagnosed.Conclusion:The accuracy of B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of ureteral calculi was high,at the same time,it can effectively distinguish different parts of the calculus,so as to provide accurate data for clinical treatment.
