摘要
目的:探讨全程护理在急诊危重患者抢救中的应用价值。方法:收治急诊危重患者86例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各43例。采取不同的护理方式,观察两组效果。结果:观察组抢救时间、心肺复苏时间明显少于对照组,而护理满意度、总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将全程护理运用于急诊危重患者的抢救过程中,对于患者身体健康问题的改善具有良好效果。
Objective:To explore the application value of whole course nursing in emergency rescue of critically ill patients.Methods:86 critically ill patients in emergency department were randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.Results:The time of rescue and cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the nursing satisfaction and the total effective rate were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying whole course nursing to the rescue of critical patients in emergency department has good effect on improving the patients'physical health.
