摘要
目的:探讨在胃肠外科护理中实行品管圈活动(QCC)的意义。方法:收治手术住院患者190例,分为常规组(96例)和观察组(94例)。常规组患者接受护理,观察组患者接受QCC。比较两组效果。结果:观察组不良事件及并发症发生率低于常规组(P<0.05);QCC施行后护理质量显著优于施行前(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理总满意度明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:QCC符合胃肠外科护理要求,具有减少术后不良事件,缓解护患关系,促进护理质量持续改进的作用。
Objective:To explore the significance of quality control circle in gastrointestinal surgery nursing.Methods:190 hospitalized patients were divided into the routine group(96 cases)and the observation group(94 cases).The patients in the routine group were given nursing,while the patients in the observation group received QCC.Results:The incidence of adverse events and complications in the observation group was lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);the quality of nursing after QCC was significantly better than that before the implementation(P<0.05),and the total satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The activities of the tube circle are in accordance with the nursing requirements of the gastrointestinal surgery,which can reduce the postoperative adverse events,alleviate the relationship between the nurses and patients,and promote the continuous improvement on the quality of nursing.
