摘要
目的:探讨老年抑郁症患者心理护理中应用认知重建技术对护理满意率、抑郁症状改善的效果。方法:收治老年抑郁症患者116例,分为干预组和参考组。分别采取认知重建技术的心理护理和常规护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:干预组护理满意率和护理后的抑郁评分均显著优于参考组(P<0.05)。结论:在老年抑郁症患者心理护理中应用认知重建技术,可以有效提高护理满意程度,改善老年患者的抑郁症状。
Objective:To explore the effect of cognitive rehabilitation technology of mental nursing on nursing satisfaction and depressive symptoms improvement in elderly patients with depression.Methods:116 patients with senile depression were selected,they were divided into the intervention group and the reference group,the two groups were given the psychological nursing of the cognitive reconstruction technology and the routine nursing,we compared the nursing effect in the two groups.Results:In the intervention group,the satisfaction degree of nursing and the depression scores after nursing were significantly better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of cognitive reconstruction technology in psychological care of elderly patients with depression can effectively improve nursing satisfaction and improve depressive symptoms in elderly patients.
