腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术的术中护理配合研究

Nursing cooperation in laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer

目的:探讨腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术的术中护理配合效果。方法:收治行腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术治疗的宫颈癌患者90例,按照不同护理配合方法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组实施传统护理配合,观察组实施优化后的护理配合,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组宫颈癌患者的四项时间性指标和并发症发生率数据均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术的术中护理配合进行优化,能够促进宫颈癌患者术后恢复,减少并发症的发生。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing cooperation in laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer.Methods:90 patients with cervical cancer treated by laparoscopic radical cervical cancer were selected,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 45 cases in each group according to different nursing coordination methods.The control group received traditional nursing cooperation,and the observation group was given nursing cooperation after optimization.Results:The four time index and incidence rate of complications of the cervical cancer patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The optimized nursing cooperation during laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer can promote the recovery of cervical cancer patients and reduce the incidence of complications.
