摘要
2018年以来,韩国文在寅总统通过积极的斡旋外交,在成功举行板门店朝韩首脑会谈的同时促成了史上首次朝美首脑会谈。本文将首先梳理历史上朝美互动中韩国所扮演的角色,并在此基础上对此次文在寅政府斡旋外交的特点、成功原因、意义等进行分析。
Since 2018,Moon Jae-in administration has been acting as a mediator between DPRK and USA.After the successful DPRK-ROK summit which was held in Panmunjom,April 27,2018,the historical Trump-Kim summit will be held in Singapore.This paper will first trait the role of ROK in the interaction between DPRK and the United States after Cold War,and then make an analysis on the features,success reasons,and significance of mediation diplomacy of the Moon Jae-in administration.
