Practical Exploration of the Three Major Links of Urban Work Planning Construction and Management

城市之所以能有序运行,关键在于城市各部门、各要素、各功能系统的周密运转,其中最要紧的便是规划、建设、管理三大环节。本文就学习中央城市工作会议中"统筹规划、建设、管理三大环节,提高城市工作系统性"的指示精神,结合徐州城市规划、建设、管理工作,提出规划引领要科学、建设营造要精致、管理保障要到位的实践探索。

The key to the orderly operation of the city lies in the careful operation of all the departments,elements and functional systems of the city,and the most important is the three links of planning,construction and management.In this paper,we study the guiding spirit of"overall planning,construction and management in three aspects of planning,construction and management,improving the system of urban work",combining with the urban planning,construction and management of Xuzhou,and puts forward the practical exploration of planning guidance to be scientific,construction and management,and management guarantee in place.
