摘要
文章基于移动GIS和三维GIS技术,研究并实现二三维一体化警务指挥系统,实现公安基础地理信息数据实时采集与更新,可视化综合展示警务业务数据,实现多端应急演练、警力部署以及指挥调度等。
This paper researches and implements a two and three-dimensional integrated police command system based on technology of mobile GIS and three-dimensional GIS,realizes real-time collection and update of information data in public security foundation,display the police business data visually and comprehensively,and achieve emergency drills,police deployment,command and dispatch on multi-terminal.
