摘要
从技术、经济、社会3个层面建立大型分布式光伏发电项目评价指标体系,采用基于粗糙集理论的方法明确各指标的权重,借助可拓综合评价方法构建项目综合评价模型,以6.203MWp分布式光伏项目A为例进行实证研究,对评价体系的科学性、合理性与可操作性进行验证。最后,提出电网企业、发电企业、用户与政府的协作策略,以促进光伏发电项目效益的增加。
The paper builds a large-scale distributed photovoltaic power generation project’s evaluation index system from technology,economic and society aspects,the index weight are insured by rough set theory.Then,it builds a evaluation model on the basis of extensive comprehensive evaluation method.After the 6.203MWp distributed photovoltaic power generation project’s research,the evaluation system’s scientificity,retionality and maneuverability are validated.At last,the paper proposes the cooperation strategies among electrical network enterprise,power generation enterprise,user and government,hoping that can add photovoltaic power generation project’s benefit.
