顶空-气相色谱法测定废水中的四种挥发性丙烯酸酯 被引量:5

摘要 建立了废水中顶空-气相色谱法测定甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸异辛酯和丙烯酸正丁酯等4种丙烯酸酯类化合物含量的方法。对顶空条件进行了优化,确定了顶空平衡温度、平衡时间和加盐量。4种丙烯酸酯类化合物的检出限在0.014~0.019mg/L之间。实际废水样品加标回收率在81.7~108.8%之间,测定结果的相对标准偏差在5.6~9.5%之间。 A method of determination for four kinds of acrylate compounds in wastewater,which is including methyl methacrylate,methyl acrylate,iso-octyl acrylate and n-butyl acrylate,was established by headspace gas chromatography.The headspace conditions is optimized by determining headspace equilibrium temperature,equilibrium time,and salt addition.Therefore,the detection limit of the four kinds of acrylate compounds was determined to be between 0.014 to 0.019 mg/L.And,the recovery rate of the actual wastewater samples was between 81.7%to 108.8%,the relative standard deviation of the measurement results was between 5.6%to 9.5%.
