污水光催化反应控制系统的研究

为了提高污水处理效果,文章采用分层控制结构设计了污水光催化反应控制系统,上位机采用研华610L工控机,下位机采用西门子S7-200PLC,并设计了液位控制子程序、pH的PID控制子程序、ORP控制子程序,实现污水光催化反应的自动控制。

In order to improve the sewage treatment effect,the article uses the stratification control structure to design the sewage photocatalysis reaction control system,On the position machine uses grinds the Chinese 610L labor controlling machine,the lower position machine uses Simens S7-200 PLC,and designs the fluid position control subroutine,PID control subroutine and ORP control subroutine,realizing the automatic control of wastewater photocatalytic reaction.
