大型振动筛智能在线监测硬件系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 为了实现大型振动筛振动状态的在线监测,利用三轴加速度传感器研制了智能振动监测系统,针对复杂微弱振动信号设计了硬件系统。研究结果表明,本系统可以实时在线监测振动筛状态,记录振动参数,绘制振动曲线,提供振动设备的性能参数,从而及时准确地反应出大型振动筛的工作情况,迅速感知故障。 In order to realize on-line monitoring of vibration status of large-scale vibrating screens,an intelligent vibration monitoring system using triaxial acceleration sensors was developed.A hardware system was designed for complex weak vibration signals.The research results show that the system can monitor the status of the shaker in real time online and record vibration parameters.So the system can accurately respond to the working conditions of large vibrating screens and quickly sense system failures.
