摘要
目的:观察丹红注射液对脑缺血再灌注损伤模型小鼠的保护作用,探讨作用机制。方法:将30只SD小鼠随机分成正常组、模型组、预治疗组。通过线栓法构建小鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤模型。三组术前30min腹腔注射同体积的生理盐水或丹红注射液,观察血清中白细胞介素-18(IL-18)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)以及脑组织中超氧化酶歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)等相关指标的含量。结果:丹红注射液显著降低血清白细胞介素-18(IL-18)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的表达,升高脑组织中的SOD水平,降低CAT水平(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:丹红注射液可能通过降低血清IL-18、TNF-α的表达,升高脑组织中的SOD水平,降低CAT水平从而减轻小鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤。
Objective:To observe the protective efficacy of the Danhong injection(丹红注射液)on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats and explore the active mechanism.Methods:30 SD rats were randomly divided into the normal group,model group and pre-treatment group.The model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury rats was established by wire-bolt method.Three groups were given intraperitoneal injection of same volume of normal saline or the Danhong injection before surgery 30min.The contents of IL-18,TNF-αand SOD and CAT in brain tissue were observed.Results:The Danhong injection can significantly decrease the expression of serum IL-18,TNF-α,elevate SOD level in brain tissue and decrease CAT level(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The Danhong injection can reduce cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats by decreasing serum IL-18 and TNF-α,increasing SOD level in brain tissue and decreasing CAT level.
