止嗽散合三子养亲汤加减辅助治疗老年肺炎的疗效

Efficacy of Zhisou San plus the Sanzi Yangqin decoction on senile pneumonia

目的:探讨止嗽散合三子养亲汤加减辅助治疗老年肺炎的疗效。方法:对2016年2月-2017年2月80例老年肺炎患者分组。对照组进行普通的止咳化痰、平喘、抗菌等治疗,中医辅助治疗组在对照组基础上给予止嗽散合三子养亲汤加减辅助治疗。比较两组老年肺炎治疗预后;胸片显示炎症吸收时间、咳痰咳嗽消失时间、肺啰音消失时间;干预前后患者肺功能情况、促炎性因子水平;副作用。结果:中医辅助治疗组老年肺炎治疗预后优于对照组,P<0.05;中医辅助治疗组胸片显示炎症吸收时间、咳痰咳嗽消失时间、肺啰音消失时间短于对照组,P<0.05;干预前两组肺功能情况、促炎性因子水平相近,P>0.05;干预后中医辅助治疗组肺功能情况、促炎性因子水平优于对照组,P<0.05。两组无严重不良反应。结论:止嗽散合三子养亲汤加减辅助治疗老年肺炎的疗效确切,可有效改善患者预后,加速临床症状、体征和肺部炎症吸收,改善肺功能,安全性高,值得推广和应用。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Zhisou San(止嗽散)plus the Sanzi Yangqin decoction(三子养亲汤)on senile pneumonia.Methdos:80 elderly patients with pneumonia were selected from February 2016 to February 2017.The control group was treated by ordinary cough and phlegm,antiasthmatic and antibacterial treatment.The TCM auxiliary treatment group was given Zhisou San plus the Sanzi Yangqin decoction more.Results:The prognosis in TCM adjuvant treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The absorption time of inflammation,the time of disappearance of cough and sputum,and the time of disappearance of pulmonary rales were shorter in the TCM auxiliary treatment group,P<0.05.After the intervention,the level of pulmonary function and pro-inflammatory factors in the TCM adjuvant treatment group were better(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:Zhisou San plus the Sanzi Yangqin decoction on senile pneumonia was effective,by effective improving the prognosis,clinical symptoms,signs and lung function,with high safety,and is worthy of promotion and application.
