非酒精性脂肪性肝病中医治疗思路探讨

Exploration on treating NAFLD in TCM

非酒精性脂肪性肝病属中医学"肝癖"范畴,其发病与先天禀赋不足、饮食不节、情志不畅、劳逸失调、脾虚失运等因素密切相关,病位在肝、脾,久则可累及肾脏,病性多虚实夹杂,以湿、痰、瘀、毒为实为标,以肝失疏泄、脾失健运、肾失固藏为虚为本,辨证应从疏肝健脾补肾、化痰消瘀降脂立法,标本兼顾,虚实并举。

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease belongs to Ganpi(肝癖)in TCM.Its incidence is closely related to some factors,such as inherent problems,poor diet,unsmooth mood,unbalanced work and rest,and loss of spleen,and the disease location is in the liver and spleen.For a long time,it can affect the kidneys,and the disease is more often filled with Xu(虚)and Shi(实).So the disease should be treated from Shuganjian Jianpi Bushen(疏肝健脾补肾)and Huatan Xiaoyu Jiangzhi(化痰消瘀降脂).
