中药联合常规西医治疗消渴并有头疽的疗效观察

Efficacy of TCM medicine plus western medicine on diabetes plus carbuncle

目的:观察中药联合常规西医治疗消渴并有头疽临床疗效。方法:将60例患有头疽的糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,在相同基础治疗下,对照组进行常规西医治疗,观察组在常规西医治疗基础上联合中药治疗,观察4周后两组创面愈合状况。结果:两组治疗后创面愈合情况均有改善,观察组优于对照组;治愈率比较,观察组优于对照组;观察组平均创面愈合时间、创面愈合面积均优于对照组。结论:中药联合常规西医治疗能有效改善有头疽创面愈合情况,对消渴并有头疽患者确有疗效。

Objective:To observe TCM medicine plus western medicine on diabetes plus carbuncle.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,30 patients in each group.The control group was given routine western medicine.The observation group was given TCM medicine more.Results:After treatment,the surface of a wound was improved more in the observation group.The cure rate was better than the control group.The average wound healing time and wound healing area in the observation group were better than those in the control group.Conclusion:TCM medicine plus conventional western medicine can effectively improve wound healing,and was effective on diabetes plus carbuncle.
