补阳还五汤加味并针灸治疗周围性面瘫39例临床分析

A clinical analysis of treating 39 cases of PFP with the Buyang Huanwu decoction plus acupuncture

目的:探讨补阳还五汤加味并针灸治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:将2016年1月-2017年12月我院收治的39例周围性面瘫患者视为西医组,给予常规西药治疗,另选取同一时期收治的39例周围性面瘫患者视为中医组,给予补阳还五汤加味并针灸治疗,经治疗后对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较分析。结果:西医组患者治疗总有效率为69.2%,比中医组患者治疗总有效率(92.3%)低,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者V级与VI级面部神经功能改善发生率没有差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者在I级、II级、III级与IV级面部神经功能改善发生率具有较大的差异,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:治疗周围性面瘫采取补阳还五汤加味并针灸治疗的临床效果更佳,有效改善了面部神经功能,在临床应用中具有广阔的前景。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Buyang Huanwu decoction(补阳还五汤)plus acupuncture on peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:From January 2016 to December 2017,39 patients with peripheral facial paralysis admitted to our hospital were treated as the western medicine group,and were given conventional western medicine.Another 39 patients with peripheral facial paralysis admitted in the same period were regarded as the TCM group,and were given the Buyang Huanwu decoction plus acupuncture.After treatment,the therapeutic effects in two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The total efficiency in the western medicine group was 69.2%,lower than 92.3%in the TCM group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of facial neurological improvement between grade V and grade VI in two groups(P>0.05).The incidences of facial neurological improvement in grade I,II,III and IV were compared between two groups,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Buyang Huanwu decoction plus acupuncture on peripheral facial paralysis was more effective,and is worthy of promotion.
