中药方剂结合亚甲蓝充分染色病灶清除治疗慢性骨髓炎临床疗效观察

Efficacy of TCM medicine plus dyeing with methylene blue on chronic osteomyelitis

目的:探究中药方剂联合亚甲蓝治疗慢性骨髓炎临床疗效。方法:入组80例慢性骨髓炎患者,随机分为对照组(40例)、治疗组(40例)。对照组的患者采用西医的治疗方式,治疗组在上述基础上口服中药方剂。结果:治疗组总有效率(90.00%)明显高于对照组(70.00%);治疗组治疗后的白细胞数量低于对照组,但未见统计学差异。结论:中药方剂结合亚甲蓝充分染色病灶治疗慢性骨髓炎临床疗效好,抗炎症效果良好。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of TCM medicine with methylene blue on chronic osteomyelitis.Methods:80 patients were randomly assigned into the control group(40 cases)and treatment group(40 cases).The control group was treated with western medicine.The treatment group was treated with TCM medicine more.Results:The efficiency was 90.00%in the treatment group,and significantly higher than 70.00%in the control group.The number of white blood cells in the treatment group was lower than that in control group,without no statistical difference.Conclusion:TCM medicine with methylene blue on chronic osteomyelitis was effective,with good anti-inflammation effects.
