岭南名中医杨干潜经验方养肝饮治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效观察

Treating rheumatoid arthritis with Yanggan Yin

目的:分析讨论对类风湿关节炎病人使用岭南名中医杨干潜经验方养肝饮的具体效果。方法:选取本院2015年12月-2017年12月类风湿关节炎病人100例,利用随机数字表法将其平分为两组,每组50例,1组为对照组,使用西医常规治疗;2组为治疗组,在上述服药基础上使用岭南名中医杨干潜经验方养肝饮。对比两组病人治疗前后关节肿胀指数、关节疼痛指数和总有效率。结果:治疗前,两组病人关节肿胀指数和关节疼痛指数无差异,P>0.05;治疗后,治疗组关节肿胀指数和关节疼痛指数明显低于对照组,P<0.05。治疗组和对照组总有效率依次为96.00%和84.00%,治疗组显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:岭南名中医杨干潜经验方养肝饮能大幅度降低类风湿关节炎病人关节肿胀和关节疼痛,滋养肝阴,疏风止痛,提高整体治疗效率,可在各大医院中推广使用。

Objective:To analyze efficacy of Yanggan Yin(养肝饮)on rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:100 patients were divided into two groups,50 cases in each.The control group was given conventional western medicine;and the treatment group was given Yanggan Yin more.Joint swelling index,joint pain index and total efficiency in two groups were compared after treatment.Results:After treatment,joint swelling index and joint pain index in the treatment group were lower,P<0.05.The total efficiency was 96.00%in the treatment group,higher than 84.00%in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Yanggan Yin on rheumatoid arthritis can improve clinical symptoms,increase efficiency,and is worthy of promotion.
