中医护理在原发性痛经患者中的应用效果

目的:探究在原发性痛经患者的治疗中,采用中医护理的临床效果。方法:选取本院2015年11月-2017年11月收治的52例原发性痛经患者,开展本次试验。将其随机分为两组。其中,观察组采用中医护理进行治疗,对照组采用常规护理进行治疗。观察对比两组在疗效和VAS评分情况中的差异。结果:在疗效对比中,观察组的总有效率为96.15%,高于对照组的76.92%,P<0.05。在VAS评分情况对比中,观察组治疗后疼痛评分低于观察组,P<0.05。结论:运用中医护理的方式,对原发性痛经患者进行护理,可以取得良好的止痛效果和临床效果,具有实用性。

Objective:To explore clinical efficacy of TCM nursing on primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:52 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated in TCM nursing,and the control group was treated with routine nursing.Efficiency and VAS score in two groups were observed.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was 96.15%,higher than 76.92%in the control group,P<0.05.VAS score in the observation group was lower,P<0.05.Conclusion:TCM nursing on primary dysmenorrhea can achieve good analgesic effect and the clinical effect,and is practical.
