“十味温胆汤”治疗冠心病心绞痛气虚痰瘀证的临床研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探究运用"十味温胆汤"治疗冠心病心绞痛气虚痰瘀证的疗效。方法:选取我院收治的69例冠心病心绞痛患者,中医辨证符合气虚痰瘀证。采用随机数字表法,均分为两组,给予对照组34例患者西药消心痛治疗,观察组35例患者采用中药"十味温胆汤"进行治疗。对两组患者的治疗总有效情况进行对比分析。结果:观察组35例患者的治疗总有效(77.14%)显著优于对照组34例患者(61.76%),P=0.020(P<0.05)。且两组患者经治疗后其总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)均有明显改善,而观察组TC、TG水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用中药"十味温胆汤"治疗冠心病心绞痛可以有效减轻患者的病痛,临床疗效显著。 Objective:To explore efficacy of the Shiwei Wendan decoction on coronary heart disease of the Qixu Tanyu type(气虚痰瘀证).Methods:69 cases were divided into two groups.34 cases in the control group took Xiaoxintong(消心痛).35 cases in the observation group received the Shiwei Wendan decoction(十味温胆汤).Results:The total efficiency was 77.14%in the observation group,better than 61.76%in the control group,P=0.020(P<0.05).After treatment,TC and TG were improved,and those in the observation group were better(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Shiwei Wendan decoction on coronary heart disease of the Qixu Tanyu type was effective,by improve symptoms.
