摘要
大黄是个泻下药,在临床用药中会见到在不同的方剂中有不同的运用,目前研究大黄的炮制品及方剂理论也较多,在临床中同一种中药在不同的方剂中运用是不一样的。值得临床医师和药师探讨。大黄在《金匮要略》和《伤寒论》中都有各自不同的运用规律,笔者现选取与大黄相关的几个方剂来论述,分别是大承气汤和芍药汤。
Dahuang(大黄)is a TCM medicine of Xiexia(泻下),shows different effects in different prescriptions.There were many theories on the processed products and prescriptions of Dahuang;the effect of the same TCM medicine in different prescriptions is different in clinic.The application of Dahuang in Jingui Yaolue(《金匮要略》)and Shanghan Lun(《伤寒论》)shows different rules;the Dahuang in the Dachengqi decoction(大承气汤)and Shaoyao decoction(芍药汤)was discussed.
