超声引导下针刀疗法、注射疗法治疗肩关节周围病变的疗效观察

Observation on treating shoulder joint lesions by ultrasound-guided acupotomy plus injection

目的:肩关节周围病变目前在临床中多采用推拿、针灸和物理治疗等方法,可是取得的临床疗效并不满意,而且上述疗法缺乏现代医学要求的精准性和(或)针对性。因此,在临床治疗中准确判断病位、病性,并选择针对性治疗,就成为提高临床疗效的关键点。方法:应用高频超声检查确定病变部位、病变类型及病变程度,然后在其引导下选择进行针刀和(或)注射治疗。结果:肩关节周围病变患者的关节功能和(或)局部疼痛症状明显好转。结论:超声引导下进行针刀、注射治疗安全、有效。

Objective:The clinical effect of massage,acupuncture and physical therapy on shoulder joint lesions is not satisfactory;and those were lacked the accuracy and/or pertinence.The accurately judgment of the disease location and nature,and the selective treatment will be the key point to improve the clinical effect.Methods:The disease location,type and degree were identified by high frequency ultrasound;the patients were treated by acupotomy and/or injection.Results:The joint function and/or local pain symptoms were obviously improved.Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided acupotomy plus injection are safe and effective.
