自拟健脾活血方对2型糖尿病治疗作用的观察

Treating type 2 diabetes with the Jianpi Huoxue prescription

目的:观察自拟健脾活血方治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组46例和对照组34例。两组均予常规治疗。治疗组在常规基础上加用健脾活血方,10天为一个疗程,2个疗程后评定疗效。结果:治疗组能使糖尿病患者主要症状明显改善。血糖含量、血液胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白含量下降,治疗前后比较以及治疗后两组间比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:健脾活血方治疗2型糖尿病比单纯西药常规治疗疗效显著提高。

Objective:To observe efficacy of the Jianpi Huoxue prescription(自拟健脾活血方)on type 2 diabetes.Methods:80 patients were divided into 2 groups.34 cases in the control group were given conventional treatment;46 cases in the treatment group were given the Jianpi Huoxue prescription more,10 days as a course,for 2 course.Results:In the treatment group,the symptoms were improved more significantly;blood glucose levels,blood cholesterol,and low-density lipoprotein levels were decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:The efficacy of the Jianpi Huoxue prescription on type 2 diabetes is significantly better.
