参苓白术散加减治疗咽喉反流疗效观察

Effective observation on treating pharyngeal reflux with Shenling Baizhu San

目的:探讨参苓白术散加减治疗咽喉反流的治疗效果,为临床咽喉返流的治疗提供一定的参考。方法:取2015年1月-2016年12月收集的66例咽喉反流患者,随机分成观察组33例,对照组33例。对照组给予兰索拉唑治疗,观察组患者采用参苓白术散加减进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗有效率、反流症状指数量表(RSI)和反流检查积分量表(RFS)评分,24h内食管p H<4的时间占比,治疗有效率、不良反应生率。结果:两组患者经过治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组患者的总有效率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后的RSI及RFS评分都较治疗前有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后的RSI及RFS评分改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后24h食管p H<4的时间占比都较治疗前有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的食管p H<4的时间占比改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对咽喉反流患者采用参苓白术散加减治疗,患者的治疗有效率较高,RSI评分、RFS评分较高,值得在以后的临床工作中加以推广。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Shenling Baizhu San(参苓白术散)on pharyngeal reflux,and to provide some reference value for the treatment of clinical pharyngeal reflux.Methods:66 patients with pharyngeal reflux from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group(33 cases)and the control group(33 cases).The control group was treated with lansoprazole,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Shenling Baizhu San.Efficiency,reflux symptom index scale(RSI)and reflux check integral scale(RFS),and the time occupying ratio of<4 in 24h esophagus pH<4,therapeutic efficiency and rate of adverse reaction were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).The RSI and RFS scores in two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05).The RSI and RFS scores in the observation group were improved significantly(P<0.05).The time occupying ratio of pH<4 in two groups was significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05).The time of pH<4 of the esophagus after treatment in the observation group was better(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pharyngeal reflux was treated with Shenling Baizhu San,the treatment efficiency was higher,the RSI score and RFS score were higher,and was worthy of promotion in later clinical work.
