参苓白术散联合艾灸治疗脾胃虚弱型泄泻的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating diarrhea of the Piwei Xuruo type with Shenling Baizhu San and moxa-moxibustion

目的:探讨参苓白术散联合艾灸治疗脾胃虚弱型泄泻的疗效与安全性。方法:以2015年1月-2017年3月启东市中医院收治的98例脾胃虚弱型泄泻患者为研究对象,全部患者均以参苓白术散联合艾灸进行治疗。对比观察治疗前后患者中医症候改善情况,评价临床疗效,统计不良反应和并发症。结果:治疗第7天、15天、30天时,患者中医证候积分分别为(12.3±4.20)分、(7.64±2.15)分、(3.85±1.07)分,与治疗前积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疗程结束后,临床治愈11例,显效53例,有效28例,无效6例,治疗总有效率为93.88%。患者未见明显不良反应,并发症发生率为4.08%。结论:参苓白术散联合艾灸治疗脾胃虚弱型泄泻效果确切,可有效改善患者症状,应用安全有效,值得推广使用。

Objective:To explore the safety and efficacy of Shenling Baizhu San(参苓白术散)and moxa-moxibustion on diarrhea of the Piwei Xuruo type(脾胃虚弱型).Methods:98 cases were treated with Shenling Baizhu San and moxa-moxibustion.The improvement of TCM symptom was compared and observed.The clinical efficacy was evaluated.Adverse reaction and complication were counted.Results:On the 7th day,15th day and 30th day,TCM syndrome score was(12.3±4.20),(7.64±2.15)and(3.85±1.07)respectively,with statistically significant differences between before and after treatment(P<0.05).After the course,11 cases were cured;53 cases were marked;28 cases were effective;6 cases were invalid;and total effective rate was 93.88%.There was no obvious adverse reaction;and the complication rate was 4.08%.Conclusion:Shenling Baizhu San and moxa-moxibustion on diarrhea of the Piwei Xuruo type shows a good effect,can effectively improve the symptoms,is safe and effective,and is worth popularizing.
