中医药干预治疗气郁质乳腺增生病的临床分析

The effects of TCM medicine on HMG of the Qiyu type

目的:研究中医药干预治疗气郁质乳腺增生病的临床效果。方法:选取2015年6月-2017年6月期间于我院接受治疗的气郁质乳腺增生病患者100例,随机分为对照组和试验组各50例。对照组患者给予乳核散结片治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上给予中医药干预治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率,治疗前后超声检查指标及症状积分。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。两组治疗前超声检查指标无显著差异,治疗后两组指标均得到改善,但试验组治疗后指标优于对照组,P<0.05。两组治疗前症状积分无显著差异,治疗后积分均得到明显改善,但试验组治疗后积分优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:中医药干预治疗气郁质乳腺增生病的效果较好,能有效改善临床症状,具有较高临床价值。

Objective:To study the clinical effects of TCM medicine on hyperplasia of mammary glands of the Qiyu type(气郁质).Methods:100 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,50 cases in each.The control group was treated with the Ruhe Sanjie tablet(乳核散结片);the experimental group was treated with TCM medicine more.The total efficiency,indexes of ultrasound examination and the symptom scores were compared.Results:The total efficiency in the experimental group was higher than the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference of ultrasound indicators between groups before treatment.After treatment,both indicators were improved in groups;and that in the experimental group than the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in symptom scores between groups before treatment;the scores after treatment were significantly improved in groups.The symptom scores in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:TCM medicine shows a good effect on hyperplasia of mammary glands of the Qiyu type,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,with a high clinical value.
