锁骨骨折切开复位内固定配合桃红四物汤的疗效观察

Effective observation on treating clavicle fracture by surgery plus the Taohong Siwu decoction

目的:探究分析锁骨骨折切开复位内固定配合桃红四物汤的疗效。方法:选取我院2014年3月-2017年3月收治的78例锁骨骨折患者进行随机分组,分为对照组和观察组,每组患者各39例,对照组患者采用切开复位内固定术,观察组采用切开复位内固定术联合桃红四物汤进行治疗,对两组患者治疗效果进行对比。结果:观察组术后恢复时间、切口愈合时间、Kerr评分良好率均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:锁骨骨折切开复位内固定配合桃红四物汤对治疗锁骨骨折具有效果良好,在临床治疗上具有大范围推广价值。

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of surgery plus the Taohong Siwu decoction(桃红四物汤)on clavicle fracture.Methods:78 patients were divided into 2 groups,39 cases in each.The control group was given surgery;and the observation group was given the Taohong Siwu decoction more.Efficiency in two groups were compared.Results:In the observation group,postoperative recovery time,wound healing time and good rate of Kerr score were better,P<0.05.Conclusion:Surgery plus the Taohong Siwu decoction on clavicle fracture shows good effect,and is worthy of promotion.
