基于《内经》四维病机案例的混合式教学方法设计 被引量:2

摘要 《内经》年代久远、文意深奥,在有限的课堂时间内要领会精神实非易事。本文尝试探索基于《内经》病案的混合式教学法,在病案分析中将病机分为病理因素、病位、病性、病势四个维度,并以蓝墨云班课为媒介,将课前及课后交流讨论、自主学习,课中与传统教学有机结合,以期实现内经理论到临床实践的直接转化。 Neijing《(内经》)has a long history and profound meaning.It is not easy to grasp the Mental reality in the limited class time.In this paper the teaching method based on Neijing were explored.Pathogenesis of the disease was analyzed.And the pathogenesis were divide into pathological factors,disease location,disease and illness in four dimensions of medical records.Before and after the class,the blue Moyun classes as the media,discussion,autonomous learning,the traditional teaching in class were combined,in order to realize the directly transform from the theory to clinical practice.
