经椎旁肌入路微创小切口在胸腰椎骨折手术应用

Application of minimally invasive incision through paraspinal muscle approach on thoracolumbar fracture

目的:分析经椎旁肌入路微创小切口在胸腰椎骨折手术中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年4月-2017年5月于我院接受胸腰椎骨折手术的84例患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,各42例。研究组选择椎旁肌入路,对照组选择传统后正中入路,比较两组患者手术疗效。结果:研究组手术时间虽短于对照组,数据差异不大(P>0.05)。就患者术中出血量、术后切口引流量及疼痛指数而言研究组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经椎旁肌入路微创小切口应用于胸腰椎骨折手术中,不仅能减少术中出血量术后切口引流量,缩短手术时间,还可减轻患者的疼痛指数,值得推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of minimally invasive incision through paraspinal muscle on thoracolumbar fractures.Methods:84 patients were randomly divided into the study group and control group,42 cases in each.The study group was treated by minimally invasive incision through paraspinal muscle;the control group was given minimally invasive incision through traditional posterior median approach.Results:The operative time in the study group was shorter than the control group,without significant difference(P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss,postoperative incision drainage and pain index in the study group were better than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The minimally invasive incision through paravertebral muscle on thoracolumbar fracture can reduce the flow rate of postoperative bleeding,shorten the operation time,reduce the pain index,is worth popularizing.
