科研诚信问题已成为全球共同面临的关乎人类科学发展的热点议题。如何在快速发展的同时,加强科研诚信监管并有效遏制学术腐败,已经成为确保在新形势下我国科技事业健康发展所面临的最为紧迫的问题之一。本文从我国科研诚信监管政策与制度发展历程入手,分析我国地方科研诚信监管体系建设需求演化,并结合目前我国科研诚信监管体系所存在的问题阐释当前我国加强地方科研诚信监管体系建设的重要性,以期为我国科研诚信监管体制机制的完善提供有价决策参考。
