媒体融合中的风险投资思考

Thinking of Venture Capital in Media Convergence

媒体融合逐渐呈现跨界融合、深度应用网络技术、多元资本加入融合过程等特征。但是从融合构成来看,现阶段我国媒体融合的资源秉赋在相当程度上不能适应新的媒介市场变化,需要引入更为具有活跃特性的风险投资等资源,通过这类投资来推动我国的媒体融合进程。同时,需要在新的基础上明确责权利关系,打造制度性保障营造媒体融合所迫切需求的资源秉赋环境。

Media convergence is gradually showing the characteristics of cross-border integration,deep application of network technology,and the integration of multiple capitals.However,from the point of view of inte-gration,the resources of China's media integration currently cannot adapt to the new media market changes to a considerable extent.We need to introduce more active resources,such as venture investments,to promote the process of media integration in China.At the same time,it is necessary to clarify the relationship between responsibility and right on the new basis,to create institutional guarantee and the resources-endowed environ-ment urgently needed by media integration.
